Who we are

Our city teams know how to protect storefronts, brownstones, and high-rise courtyards while keeping deliveries and foot traffic flowing.

We respect HOA rules, building codes, and quiet hours, scheduling around your most sensitive windows.

Our culture centers on safety, clarity, and stewardship, recycling chips locally and treating trees as living assets, not obstacles.

Services built for city properties

We thin, elevate, and shape crowns to boost airflow, limit storm sail, and keep storefront visibility high.

Crane-assisted removals and sectional rigging protect glass, planters, and rooftop amenities in tight access zones.

Stump grinding, soil aeration, and re-sodding reclaim courtyards and playgrounds, removing trip hazards and prepping for fresh landscaping.

Emergency response stays on-call with tarps, cones, and rapid hazard clearing after lightning, gust fronts, or vehicle impacts.

Health programs pair root-zone care, pest monitoring, and selective cabling to extend canopy life in the urban microclimate.

Why city clients stay with us

Communication is constant: ETAs, mid-job photos, and clear next steps keep owners, boards, and tenants aligned.

We protect architecture with mats, plywood shields, and spotterstreating your property like a gallery, not a jobsite.

Eco-smart disposal and optional on-site mulch drop reduce haul costs and support green goals many Hamshire, Texas buildings track.

Flex windows mean less disruption and happier neighbors.

Safety rituals run daily: briefings, PPE checks, harness inspections, and clear hand signals between climbers and ground crews.

How your day unfolds

Every visit starts with a clear map of hazards, access, and desired outcomes.

We stage gear neatly to keep alleys and lobbies passable.

Execute: Climbers and crane ops work in sync, lowering pieces under control to avoid shock loads on structures.

A walkthrough confirms clearances, balance, and cleanliness before we pull away.

Follow-up: You receive photos, notes, and maintenance ideas for the next season so your canopy stays strong.

Health, safety, and longevity

Urban trees fight compaction, heat, and pollution; we counter with root-zone aeration, compost tea, and nutrient plans tuned to Hamshire, Texas soils.

When codominant stems threaten to split, we design hardware that preserves form and protects people below.

We schedule by phenology, not guesswork, hitting the right window for real control.

We also check gutter clearances and roofline gaps to reduce debris buildup during downpours.

For buildings pursuing sustainability goals, we track debris recycling, offer mulch returns, and reduce idle time on equipment to lower emissions.

Property managers get single-vendor simplicity for removals, pruning, and soil health.

Seasonal strategy

We tune cuts to support flowering species and improve light for understory plantings.

We watch irrigation overspray and soil compaction from foot traffic, adjusting care plans accordingly.

Fall: storm-harden crowns, cable risky unions, and clear rooflines so winds pass through cleanly.

Winter: perform structural assessments and selective removals when sap flow slows and sightlines are clear.

Year-round: monitor for disease and insect pressure unique to Hamshire, Texas, adjusting treatments to timing and climate.

Service promises that matter

Arrival windows with text alerts, foreman intros, and a clear plan review start every project on a confident note.

Scoped pricing, written options, and approvals before add-ons mean invoices stay predictable.

Cleanup is meticulous: raked beds, blown walks, glass wiped where dust lands, and a magnet sweep for stray hardware.

Respect runs through every task: careful gate handling, pet awareness, and mindful language with neighbors and tenants.

Hamshire (/ˈhæmʃər/ HAM-shər) is an unincorporated community in western Jefferson County, Texas, United States. It is part of the Beaumont–Port Arthur Metropolitan Statistical Area and located on State Highway 124 twenty miles southwest of Beaumont. It was probably named for Lovan Hamshire, who developed the land as early as the 1870s. Hamshire was on the Gulf and Interstate Railway with a post office being established there in 1897. A townsite plat was filed in 1911 by Theodore F. Koch. Another major land dealer, Herbert Roedenbeck, subdivided additional land south of the railroad later that year, giving the subdivision the name Hamshire Gardens. Although there was interest shown by local rice farmers, Hamshire had only fifty inhabitants in 1928. The Fannett (1927) and Stowell (1941) oil fields discovery initiated new development in western Jefferson County. By 1940, the population in Hamshire had grown to 200. Natural gas production at the Hamshire field also continued to be of major importance to the community's economy through the 1980s. By 1985 the community had an estimated 350 residents and twenty-two businesses. In 1990 the population remained an estimated 350.
